AIn the beginning was Château Pipeau. Its vines are now nearly 50 years old on average and are the fruit of the work of three generations of the Mestreguilhem family. Firmly-rooted three kilometres from Saint-Emilion, the estate has always been cherished. The hillsides, which the vines climb in serried rows, have given body to a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
With the passage of time, the family passion has grown, perfected the vineyard, while at the same time developing the renown of the Château. Thanks to the devotion of the vine-growers, grapes of an exceptional fruit quality are harvested. The wine-making is a marriage between technical evolution and the art acquired and handed down from vintage to vintage. Thus are born the character traits of the Château Pipeau. In the same way, its reputation is perpetuated. A family art, always independent and sincere.
